This smoothie is filled with so much goodness you wouldn't believe what's in it based on the fact that it tastes just like a chocolate shake but it's actually HEALTHY and giving your body so much goodness!!

If you don't have these exact ingredients, Scrounge with the things you have at home and you may end up creating something even better!
If you don't have shredded coconut, do without or use coconut milk for the nut milk
If you don't have dates, use 1-2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup
If you don't have avocado, use a banana
If you don't have cauliflower rice, use frozen zucchini or do without
If you don't have pumpkin seeds, do without
If you don't have chia/hemp/flax seed mix, pick one or do without
I n g r e d i e n t s
1 tsp 100% pure cocoa powder
1 handful unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup cauliflower rice
1/8 cup shelled pumpkin seeds/pepitas
1 tbsp almond butter
3/4 cup nut milk
chia/hemp/flax seed mix (Optional or just pix one)
1 handful of ice cubes
Other suggestions include: unsweetened coconut flakes, sliced banana, nut butter, granola, berries, etc.

Add ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into cup and add desired toppings.
