I made this the other day for the first time and now I'm obsessed! Not only because it tastes amazing, but because it's SO easy to make

! It makes a large amount of dry mix and then the night before you just add to jars with some milk and in the morning your breakfast is ready to go!

My son even likes it, which makes it even easier when we're all eating the same thing in the morning.
Not to mention, this has so many nutrients that you'll be fueling your body with first thing in the morning and your gut will love it!
This is for sure a new family staple!

Ingredients:
4 c organic rolled oats ( I use the brand One Degree)
1/2 c chia seeds
1/2 c hemp seeds
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 c cacao nibs
1/4 c seasme seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
blueberries
mangos (I buy frozen ones and thaw in the fridge)
any fresh fruit
coconut yogurt (I like the brand Culina, their collagen yogurt)
drizzle of maple syrup for sweetness
Directions:
Mix everything together in a large bowl (excluding toppings)
For single serving, the night before you want to eat for breakfast, scoop 2/3 of dry mix into a jar and add 1 cup nut mylk I use homemade cashew mylk.
Store jar in the fridge overnight. In the morning, it will be thick and creamy.
I add my toppings and eat straight out of the jar!
