Mango Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

I was in the mood for something cold and refreshing, an acai bowl sounded great. However, I didn't have the ingredients for an acai bowl so... it was time to Scrounge! I went through my kitchen to scrounge up this deliciously tasty smoothie bowl. I'll definitely be making it again, I hope you love it as much as I did!


  • 2 bananas (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 c. frozen strawberries

  • 1 c. frozen mango

  • 1 c. unsweetened almond milk (or whatever non-dairy milk you have)

Suggested Toppings:

  • Fresh fruit (I used blackberries because that's what I had on hand)

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

  • Granola (I like to get granola with very little sugar, my favorite is Wholeme Granola Clusters!)

  • Nuts (use whatever you have, I had slivered almonds so that's what I used)

  • Nut Butter (I used almond butter)


  1. Blend all ingredients in blender (if you have a tamper it really helps with smoothie bowls since they are intended to be thicker)

  2. Pour into bowl, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
