Lemon Hummus

In college (I went to Miami of Ohio for all my fellow Redhawks reading this!) there was a little supermarket by my sophomore dorm and I remember they had this lemon hummus that I always used to buy, it was THE BEST! Since then, I haven't been able to find anything quite the same, so I decided to scrounge up my own.

Just add this to the list of foods to stop buying at the store and start making at home. This is so easy and the gratification of it being homemade makes it taste that much better. I hope you enjoy this scrounge as much as me!

Happy Scrounging!
