You know I love my energy bites! I changed this recipe up just a little bit and used Organifi's Harmony instead of protein powder.
You know I'm not a big fan of protein powder, so this swap is my new fave especially because this superfood powder helps balance female hormones! If you don't have these exact ingredients, Scrounge with the things you have at home, you may create something even better!
If you don't have chia seeds, use hemp seeds or do without
If you don't have honey, use maple syrup
If you don't have cacao nibs, use mini chocolate chips
I n g r e d i e n t s
*makes 12-15 bites
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop Organifi Harmony (will be back in stock in May)
1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa nibs or mini dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
D i r e c t i o n s
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. This makes it easier to roll into balls, but if you don't have time to refrigerate you can try making balls without doing this step.
Roll into balls.
Store in refrigerator.
