This recipe is a twist on my Ricotta Be Kidding Me Toast. I started with traditional avocado toast then added ricotta cheese on top because I had some in my fridge that I needed to use and because ricotta is a great source of protein. I love experimenting with different toast creations by Scrounging with what I have in my kitchen at the time.
In this case, I also had raspberries that I needed to use up before they went bad, so I smashed those on top of the ricotta. I always like to add a little crunch so I sprinkled a few sunflower seeds on top along with s&p.  I experimented with adding a drizzle of hot sauce as a finishing touch too, it’s not pictured here but it was tasty if you want to give it a try! You’ll notice I’m always looking for ways to add a little spice to my recipes :) This toast could also be great served as an appetizer, make multiple pieces of toast and cut into smaller slices and you've got yourself a delicious app!Â
