    Welcome! I'm Jenna, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist specializing in gut health and the foodie behind The Scrounge. Simply put, I love FOOD and everything about it… eating it, cooking it, learning about it, analyzing it, talking about it and how it brings people together. That’s why I decided to create a place where I can share all of what I love and learn about food. I hope you are inspired by my Scrounges and learn that cooking doesn't need to be complicated and can be healthy and taste delicious at the same time!
