I don’t like Pumpkin Spice Lattes....
Call me crazy but I don’t know the last time I’ve had a pumpkin spice latte, it’s been several years. I changed my diet many years ago, so because I eat a certain way now, my taste buds have changed and there are certain things that simply don’t taste good to me anymore, one of those things being anything that is super sweet or sugary.
Don’t get me wrong tho, I love me some pumpkin anything so here is my version of a pumpkin spice latte in smoothie form. Let me know what you think on my latest Instagram post.

If you don't have these exact ingredients, Scrounge with the things you have at home and you may end up creating something even better!
If you don't have coffee flavored protein powder, use 8 oz. of coffee or 1-2 espresso shots (add ice if coffee is hot)
If you don't have almond butter, use any nut butter
If you don't have pumpkin pie spice, do a combo of nutmeg and cinnamon or do without
If you don't have Cinnamon, use nutmeg or do without
If you don't have rolled oats, do without
If you don't have almond milk, use any nut milk
I n g r e d i e n t s
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop coffee flavored plant based protein powder
1 fresh or frozen small banana or half a large banana
2 tbsp almond butter
2-3 dashes pumpkin pie spice
Rolled Oats or do without
1-2 handfuls of ice

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
