I love making smoothies and each time I Scrounge one up they seem to each be slightly different based on what I have in my kitchen at the time. This one is particularly refreshing and very simple. Enjoy!
Frozen mixed berries - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries
2 c. plain or vanilla almond milk (you can adjust based on how thick or thin you want your smoothie)
1/2 frozen or fresh banana
2 tbsp almond butter
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder ( I use Ora plant based protein powder)
