This Nacho Average Salad was another Scrounge creation using the food I already had in my kitchen. It was a Monday night and I didn't have time to grocery shop, but I still had a few things left in my kitchen, so it was time to Scrounge.
Some of my best recipes are created this way, it forces me to be even more creative and leads me to pair things together that I normally wouldn't think to do so. We love chorizo in our house so I thought adding some Mexican flare to this salad would spice things up, needless to say I ate every last bit of this baby! My husband agreed this was super tasty and very flavorful. I'll admit, there are times when I've had Scrounges go wrong, but this was definitely not one of those!

If you don't Jackson's Honest chips, use whatever chips you have at home or even nuts for added crunch
