Start drinking this green smoothie every morning to stay healthy during this crazy time we're living in! In all seriousness, please make sure you're taking care of yourself by eating healthy to keep your body strong. The power of food is real and by eating the right foods you'll strengthen your immune system and overall health.
I've never been super into green smoothies or juices, but this particular green smoothie that I created is SO refreshing and has just the right combination of flavors, not too sweet or bitter, it's truly the perfect combo.
I've been doing my best to drink this each morning and the days that I do I feel SO good and my skin is glowing! I love that it's mostly veggies with only green grapes as the fruit, it's important to keep the fruit content low in smoothies otherwise there's too much sugar.

T h e S c r o u n g e If you don't have these exact ingredients, Scrounge with the things you have at home and you may end up creating something even better!
If you don’t have green grapes, use a green apple or pears
If you don’t have Kale, use spinach
If you don’t have fresh ginger, use ginger powder
If you don't have cucumber, use zucchini
If you don't have celery, use avocado
If you don't have chia seeds, hemp seeds or flax seeds, use whichever one you have or do without
If you don't have a lemon, use a lime
I n g r e d i e n t s 1 cup filtered water
1-2 celery stalks chopped into 2 inch pieces, which is about six 2inch pieces (frozen or fresh)
1/4 cup green grapes (frozen or fresh)
6 round slices cucumber (fresh or frozen)
1 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1 dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbsp of chia seed, hemp seed, flax seed mixture (if not pre mixed then do 1 tsp of each)

Starting with filtered water, place all ingredients into blender.
Blend on high until well combined.
